SNMF has expanded from a limited Cardiology department into a Cardiovascular Lab providing a variety of non-invasive cardiology procedures and physician appointments for your patients; both adult and pediatric. SNMF also provides pediatric procedures on Mondays and Thursdays.

Sutter North Cardiology is pleased to announce the arrival of our second Hewlett Packard SONOS 5500 cardiac imaging system. We now have two "state-of-the-art imaging systems", as quoted by a local cardiologist. This equipment coupled with our three registered diagnostic cardiac sonographers provides the BEST possible exam, even for the technically difficult patients. These imaging systems offer fusion imaging control of penetration, resolution, and texture. You can even create the ideal combination of all three to maximize border and tissue details without compromising images of deeper anatomy. We also utilize two echo exam tables with an excavation at the point where the apex impulse is located as recommended by the American Society of Echocardiography.

Sutter North also provides pediatric procedures with Dr. Achtel during his pediatric clinic on Mondays and Thursdays.
